Copperfasten had added to its portfolio of Mail Firewall Appliances with the introduction of the MFA1000R. While affording organizations the same levels of email protection as previous models this new Appliance provides larger enterprises and ISP’s with the scalability required when processing significant volumes of email.

The MFA1000R incorporates a robust Intel P4 processor with RAID disks and redundant power supply. The Appliance can be clustered providing even further scalability and redundancy including load-balancing options. In addition the MFA1000R includes Copperfastens recent software version releases that greatly enhance its security and management offering with Active Directory integration for user authentication and specific anti Phising measures among others.
